Have you not seen what happens to contractors in Iraq? There was a car group in Fallujah that got mobbed by a crowd of bloodthirsty "civilians," and one had an RPG and shot it into the car, killing all instantly. Remember that event? I wouldn't go there for any reason at all.

well, you had to look list of company that work as contractor in Iraq, the 8 billion is not gave away, is to cover their salary and benefit. Yes civilian contrator does make more than military almost the same job they do in Iraq, but the contractor don't get much else benefit beside the pay. And contrator do get bonus and earn more than domestic because they are in danger area they work.
