Question for builders/ painting contractors: what is the best way to get paint off of vinyl windows???

I've tried "goof off" but it seems to take away the shine from the vinyl.

2. try a chemical solution such as "goof-off" and if that dont work use a auto brake cleaner dont get it on anything else though use a rag
