Is the brand Action Windows a good brand of window for a new house.?

The contractor building my house wants to use this brand of window. I have never heard of this brand. Let me know what you all think.

2. Lots of cheap windows are available. Get a better brand for air tightness, ease of operation, and sound deadening. Use Anderson, Marvin, or Pella.
