Home Improvement Contractor - Licensed Contractors

Looking to become a sub-contractor for a general Contractor?

I am looking for ways to attain more masonry/landscaping jobs through general contractors. I'd like to fill up my year next year with work and was thinking of doing work for general contractors but unsure of how to get a hold of them. What would be a good way to get these types of jobs instead of just calling someone up and such. Looking to get 3+ to keep me really busy.

  1. With some general contractors it is about relationships, with others it is about price. I would work on the relationships. Calling is a good way of contacting them, talking with laborers is another way. Figure out where they hang out and go there. A different approach may be to contact real estate companies. They often recommend work and contractors to their clients. Join the county real estate board and attend weekly meetings. When an agent is looking for your talent, they are more likely to call someone they know.
