Ask when the project will be started and completed. 8. Check on warranty protection.
2. I don't live in LA but may I suggest what ever you do make sure to do some price shopping.....I got several estimates on painting the exterior of my home they varied from $1,400 to $5,000. I went with the $1,400 estimate and made sure to get references. The end result was great. They did a great job, very clean work. Make sure to buy the paint yourself, that will also save you some money. Good luck!
