Im a paint contractor in orlando fl i have all my paper work needed to work on new constrction jobs.?
I just dont know where to start? Im starving for work and regular companies dont want to hire me hourly for fear of me taking there work what do i do.?

- I don't really understand that fear. If they hire you to work for their company, you wouldn't be taking their work from them, you would be doing their work for them. Maybe you could contract out. Check with property management companies in your area. They usually always have finish-out projects that need to be done.
- I can only suggest when you apply for a job to tell them that you have painting experience. Maybe you shouldn't tell them you have paperwork and stuff like that. It might scare them. Then again that would be dishonest. I'm sure someone will give you a chance. Also, why don't try placing a small advertisement in the Orlando Sentinel? Hope that is somewhat helpful. Best of luck!
- get into local community papers you know the free circulars you get in your mailbox. We actually hired a guy to paint our house from one of those and he poput his sign out front and got more business from it. GOOD LUCK!
