I am a painting contractor and want to hire a full time helper?

How can I do this without starting a payroll and still be leagal in Pennsylvania

  1. IRS Designation 1099 in lieu of W2/W4. Contractor status. All taxes are responsibility of your sub contractor. I do 1099 work often. To be fair let your worker no of all the rules.
