1. You need to introduce yourself to the property adjusters- both independents and company adjusters. Take them to lunch. You need to learn to prepare detailed bids. You need to learn the basics about coverage. And, you need to learn how to provide service to both the adjuster and the homeowner, and fill the (often conflicting) needs of both.
