How to show employment if i am an Independent Contractor?
I work at home for a text messaging service. I'm an independent Contractor. My husband is trying to get a loan, but they asked him if I worked, So they want to see proof of that? How do I show them proof? I just started working less than a month ago, I get paid monthly, So I can't show them like a check or check stub! Any suggestions?

- Tax returns.
- You'll have to provide thm with a number or address to contact someone.
- Ask whomever it is you work for to give you a letter stating the terms of your employment. However, I doubt that they will give much weight to a job that you have held for less than a month.
- If you have worked for less than a month, your job will be IGNORED by any lender. Any proof you can supply is not worth the effort of supplying it.
