I'm getting a general contractor's license and open the business with my name as an owner with my partner, but

I'm getting a general contractor's license and open the business with my name as an owner with my partner, but financed through a friend of mine. My partner is contributing 40%, and my friend 60% for the business, which should've been my portion. My question is how much should or ought to be my portion? Would it be just the salary for how much a general contractors get paid or charge a license fee?
