1. IDK what website to go but after the hurricane I think we can use some contractors! Good luck.
2. I checked into this a few years back. Surprisingly, you don't need any type of contractors license. You would need a business license, and insurance. That's about it.
3. to be a good one i suggest business management courses first...alot of small business go under because they don't handle the business end properly
