I'm a General Contractor about to become a stay-at-home-Dad, how can I earn some money from home?
Looking for something construction related that I could do part-time from home or out.

- Figure out what you can offer - consultations? referral service? etc - then start advertising it.
- I am a stay at home Dad (for the most part) and I work two part time jobs. One is an on line store (huge financial risk for low benefit so far) and the other is telemarketing for a high end financial firm. I would suggest doing telemarketing for a construction company or a window/siding place that is looking for new customers. Knowing what you know - you would be a great person to do it - as long as you can handle LOTS of rejection and like talking on the phone. Usually you get paid by the hour and a bonus/commission if a sale is made. Good luck and enjoy your time with your kid!
- Try construction brokering ... I'm doing a little of that. I'll be glad to offer advice, as long as we're not in the same state. Email me, if you wish (click my profile). I'm home about 75% of the time.
- this is not construction related but this is still a job go to this site: http://patrickcool.fsc2.com
- How about construction consulting, where you can do basic inspection work and give people estimates on how much it'll cost for the work they need, as well as telling them who the best companies in town are that they can hire.
