How do you find independent contractor/bid jobs?
I'm wondering if anyone knows where you can find independent contractor jobs or like project jobs that you bid on... My girlfriend works with a guy who bids on various repair jobs, maintenance jobs, landscaping, etc. They're all bid or independent contract and I can't seem to find any and the dude won't tell her where he finds them.
