Do I have to allow a contractor back in my home to "fix" terrible work they did?
I had cement work done on my home recently and already paid for it. A few weeks later it has many cracks and moves when stepping on it. I don't trust the contractor any longer and I don't want to let him even try to repair it.Can I just file a small claims lawsuit and get my money back and get a different contractor to do the job right.
