Does anyone have any advise for my brother's framing business?
My brother can build the hell out of a house. He is very good at what he does. He has two crews and all the tools neccessary to build houses in in the Gulf Shores, Alabama area. What is the minimal insurance and licences he will need? He works for only one contractor who keeps him busy but because of the aforementioned circumstances he can't find other contractors willing to work him. I recently moved down here to try to help him become legitament and find work from other contractors. Does anyone have any advise that will help his business in any way?And area there any contractors in this area needing to sub out some work?

- he should have minum of 500,00 in insurance. he needs to be careful of working for other contractors because some of the have been known to not pay the subs when the job is finished. He really should have a contractors licenses but the area he is working is very political and protective of the locals so he is going to have a rougth time getting a contractors licenses
