I am an independent contractor, can I qualify for a car loan?
I am an independent contractor for a petsitting company, I make pretty decent money and have been working there for a year and a half. I have 2 grand to put down on a car, will I qualify for a loan even though I am not an employee with a set salary?

- It depends on the babk and your credit rating
- It really depends on your credit. If you take in all the needed paperwork; for example, your tax returns from last year and your pay stubs from this year (or sometimes the finance company will want bank statements) you should be fine. Good Luck!
- Yes,just do go to a bank first,get pre approved,then NEGOTIATE PRICE,,if you can make a payment,,they will give you a car!!
