  1. Depending on where you live and the laws governing this type of work, you will have several options. One: Hire a licensed and bonded handyman type person to do the work. I am not aware of any DE-construction permits required, but you may have a different situation--i.e. the removal would block traffick or alleyway for a day or two--that type of thing. Two: Hire some good ol' boys to come and rip her down. They might even do it for the materials. Three: Advertise in the paper "Free building to be removed" Have new owners accept liability if it is of any value. Whoever you hire, don't pay in full until all the debris is removed to your satisfaction. Things like lead based paint or asbestos could snowball into a disposal nightmare that the removal people did not count on. The last option is of course to do it yourself, but since you posed this question, I expect you are not wanting to go that way. If you do, you can have a disposal company drop off a roll back dumpster for a week and you can start filling it up. Big job though, good luck.
