How to arrive at exact costing of units constructed?
How to arrive at exact costing of units constructed? E.g. apart from the actual materials issued per building, per floor, per unit; how to load other costs like cost of the land, common roads within the premises, elevators, garden and labour costs including civil / electrical / plumbing contractor charges etc.
