Igot stiffed on job because the general contractor has filled bankruptcy?
I have a small drywall company and i just finished a job now the general contractor has filled bankruptcy and still owe me a lot of money. the job was finished and was turned over to the new owner who is now doing business how can i get paid, can i put a lien on the new company that is now doing business from the building?

- yes lien the job right away, lien the owners of the job not the new GC, but make sure you are a certified sub contractor with all licensing and insurance if you are not you can't do anything
