How & where do I Become a Security Contractor (Mercenary)? And what are the requirements & qualifications?

- If you're asking here, you're not qualified.
- Do you have 10 - 20 years of military special operations experience and training? I doubt it...if you did you would not need to ask this question here.
- The majority of Security Contractors/Mercenaries are Vets of the military, who served for years. The do not just hire kids off the streets or 40 year old unemployed guys. They are usually highly trained ex military; you probably do not qualify.
- Look at the Blackwater web site. www.blackwaterusa.com
- Typically experience in military, intelligence or law enforcement special operations is a big plus, though it is possible to become a private military contractor without this experience. Try looking in Soldier of Fortune.
- Google Halliburton, i mean, KBR. That thinly disguised attempt by former VP Cheney to rename his old business so no one would notice a conflict with their no-bid government contract.
