What is the Regulation in wv for a landscapers income without a contractors license?
I just started a landscaping buisness in wv. I know there is a certain amount of money you can make without a contractors license. Need to know what they are.

- Well, first you learn how to spell - business - then you have one. Just call up the nearest State government office and ask - I'm sure its around $300.00 per day. If you get paid more than that - you're on the hook. Most landscapers arrange to have the client pay for the materials separately, and you show $1,500 in landscape services over a period of 5 days. Have client put that in memo on bottom of check - dates inclusive, as in May 10 thru 15, 2009.
