What would I need to to?

I am aspiring to become a building contractor one day. What are some necessary steps that I have the take to get there.

1. Get into the building trades........
2. 1st you must get experiensed- Start working in construction as carpenter or something. You will get experienced and learn the busniess. At the same time you should get licesned. But not neceessary a degree.
