How much does a professional comercial paint contractor charge per square foot?
and does the price include materials ?

- well the way I would work it out is to look at the whole room or job think how long it would take me including getting the materials and how long it that takes plus tea breaks plus allowing the paint to dry and to clean up afterward=how many days plus transport parking days =how much I charge a day then divided it by the square foot and you get an answer to your question ...... does this help you the materials are usually cos-ted in the quote unless it is something really special and it needs cost ting as an extra[ if who supplies then quotes on it ]
