I need a good concrete contractor in the Chicagoland area?
I am looking to replace my asphalt driveway with concrete. I am not getting a good feel from the two contractors that have given estimates so far. One showed up an hour late for the estimate and then gave me a price without even measuring it. The other guy didn’t even give me a written estimate. At this point I am not so concerned with finding the cheapest price but I just want to hire a contractor that I can trust. I live in Schaumburg, IL ...Help!

- I had similar problems with contractors in the past. When it came time to replace our driveway I avoided using the yellow pages and instead ask my coworkers if they knew anyone. Someone recommend a company called Catalano Concrete Construction. It is owned and ran by two Italian brothers – you will figure this out has soon as you talk to them because of their classic Italian accents. Anyways, these guys were great. They came out and gave me a written proposal and explained everything very clearly. They were not the cheapest estimate, but I knew that I can trust them.
