roofing subcontractor tired to dont get pay by contractors what can i do?
hi my name is carlos i am a roofing subcontractor i did a new roof for a contractor and he dont want to payme i did all rigth by city code and a need to nkow what can ido or how can a get a agreement but for protect me no the contractor for future jobs thanks

- you can sue him, or all contractors are made to withhold 10% of everything, - what they pay out and what they get paid, it is a "fund" for this type of activity. See if he has any other problems with city, or other contractors, and go after him.
