Home Improvement Contractor - Licensed Contractors

What would a contractor charge to paint three rooms and put up a drywall ceiling in one?

I had three rooms painted 14x21, 11x21, 11x14. The contractor put a drywall ceiling in the 14x21 room, and some scraping from water damage in the rest. I want to know what the average cost for this job should of been. This was just a 3rd of the job, the whole job involved fixing a leaking roof, replacing gutters, and insulating the house. It was all under one insurance claim.

  2. Our average cost is $65 per room. That is just for labor. Why not call some contractors (in phone book) or handymen and get some estimates. You could also advertise on Craig List under the wanted category.
  3. $3500.00
