How much a Contractor earns on providing an SAP resource with 3 years exp. to any big company?
I want to know that In India if some contractor(Like Magna Infotech) provide and SAP consultant with 3 years of experience to any company, then how much they can earn. I just want an approximate amount.

- Hi In general the company who takes people on contract from another company provides 1/4 extra cost to the company on the resource over all salary who has actually employed them. In some cases it may go to 1/2 or in between 1/2 to 3/4for experienced , but in general the company pays an amount between 1/4 & 1/2 as over head expense to the company who has supplied the resource,1/4 to be with the fresher.This remains a main source of corruption in IT sector for HR & the recruiter.
