Home Improvement Contractor - Licensed Contractors
Requirements when wanting to remodel and rent a home?
I live in California and am curious as of the requirements/paperwork needed to be able to possibly purchase a small home, re-landscape, as well as re-carpet/tile floors and such of the like, to then rent. Would a basic contractors license work, or are there many different angels which must be covered as well?

- If it is your house you can do what ever you want. You may have to pull some permits from the city for some large projects.
