Anyone know about requirements needed for a construction company in co?
I have an oppurtunity to build a project that is ready to go. I have a contractor liscense but have always worked for other builders. I am wondering about specific insurances. A good baseline for square footage build pricing. And any other requirments an experienced small builder would know. I know quit a bit about the building industry but have not done it in Colorado. The product is multi-family.
