What does a general contractor do (related to building residential homes)?
Does he need special training? Is it difficult to become one? How much money is required to build houeses?

- Well right now I'm looking for the same thing.but 2 have come out to my home and he told me that he can build it for $150,000.and yes he does need special training like a license to build.you need to go to school to become a contractor.
