Can Contractor without liability insurance file bankruptcy?
Can a home improvement Contractor in Pennsylvania without liabilty insurance and few assets declare bankruptcy and discharge the debt of a lawsuit brought against him for damages to a customer's home? Thanks.

- If none of the customers have valid claims against dischargeability sure, but you need to consult a really good bankruptcy attorney that knows a lot about contractor's work and nondischargeability to determine if it's going to do you any good.
