Indpendent Contractor Insurance/License?
I just started doing some consulting work on the side. It's only for one company, and I am not going to be doing work for any others. I am aware of the tax implications on contract work. I am confused about liability insurance and business licenses. Do I need to obtain insurance/licenses for this work? I'm estimating that I'll be earning no more than $5000 annually.
