Access Database for many contractors need to generate reports?
I need a report to sort all the contractors into subgroups (drywall, masonry, etc.) and include a total balance for each subgroup and each main group. Example: masonry total=blank. Inside masonry report, abc construction total, def construction total, Acme construction total, etc. Each contractor has multiple entries that must count the total balance. Such that Acme check #1 balance $100, check 200 $100 with total =balance $200
