How much ($$$) should it cost to finish a basement with a non-drywall system? The basement is 860 sq/ft.?

I am looking to see what kind of estimates are reasonable from a contractor to do the work and want to make sure I am not getting ripped off. Please include a what you base your answer on (experience, you are a contractor...etc) ad what you think the price would be. Thanks!

1. if potato chips are gonna cross your lips, make em fresh. Make em fine all the time. Thats pringles, pop the pringles. Dont grab bags with busted pieces....get your hand full of greases.
2. I went to the local home show this Spring and learned that Owens-Corning does free estimates for their basement-finishing systems. I plan to take them up on it when my own house is closer to being ready.
